Calorie Shifting Diet

Nowadays businesses which focuses on diet is on fire.  Because of obesity – considered as the most common problems among people especially teens – people are now  anxious about their big waistlines as well as their state of health. With this in mind, people now go out to seek the latest diet craze.

No thanks to Hollywood constantly parading their celebrities’ gorgeous bodies – most of which are downright Fatloss4idiotsimpossible to achieve – such images are currently being manipulated by the weight loss industry.

What should the solution be then?  Believe it or not, there is a simple and easy way thanks to the calorie shifting diet.

Calorie-shifting diet basically deceives your body and metabolism via up-shifting and down-shifting to various calorie ranges thereby helping your body burn a lot more calories.

But does a calorie shifting diet actually work?  It actually does.  However, in order to do a successful calorie shifting diet, you need to have an appropriate food intake which you need to follow for a minimum of three months.

Essentially, if you have no idea on the amount of calories you consume on a day, calorie shifting diet may not be for you.

Also, a calorie shifting diet basically deceives your body’s metabolism.  Usually, your body goes to “starvation mode” when you begin to eat a very low-calorie diet. Apparently, your body doesn’t know what diet you are taking so it automatically ‘thinks’ that it’s in the middle of food shortage.

Protecting you from starving is what your body’s doing, for it does not know that you simply want to drop a few pounds. It closes all non-essential functions and crazily starts collecting calories. In this case, achieving weight loss is forced and it slows down your metabolism.

The calorie shifting diet prevents all this.  Each day you will plan to eat various amounts of calories. For example, you’ll eat 1,200 calories on Monday, then increase to 1,500 on Wednesday and on Thursday you’ll drop it to 1,000.

As a result, your body will be in a continuous state of confusion. There will be no chance that your body will feel hungry in some days because you will eat more amounts of calories on the other days. You can easily follow a low calorie plan by not hurting your weight loss efforts or your metabolism.

With the calorie shifting diet,  you’ll feel that you have not been deprived of something. In fact you will not even feel  that you’re on a diet half of the time.
